I know this will be a short and dumb question, but why put Enfeeb blood on an earth build. What good does it do?

Provides weakness that can be used to make [glowstone] and [stoning] work. Less interruptable, less costly, no conditional and AoE effect.

It's an extremely strong damage mitigation device, and it strongly synergises with the two skills mentioned above. I'd run it on anything if I had the room.

Great synergy with the skills mentioned by ALF71BE (glowstone and stoning)
Enfeebling blood is WAYYYY better than any weakness causing ele skill. 1 energy.. AoE effect, not conditional, casts faster than Ward of weakness and ebon hawk. |

Enfeebling Blood just Rocks it`s a very nice skill and helps reduce damage from foe`s drasticly plus stacks awesome with damage spells mentioned in above posts !!!

Additional Energy Management Party Support through Weakness spam (reduces damage dealt by foes) 5-second Knockdown spam. Enfeebling Blood is guaranteed Weakness, unlike [[Ebon Hawk]. Unlike [[Enervating Charge], only costs 1 energy! Unlike [[Ward of Weakness] you don't require foes to be stood in your Ward.
